What You'll Do

Handle customer enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, online, social media, referrals etc) and build genuine relationships fast.

Understand customer needs and confidently recommend suitable helpers.

Conduct interviews, manage expectations, and close placements independently.

Maintain active follow-ups and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Proactively explore new lead opportunities like referrals, partnerships, and creative marketing ideas.

Take ownership of your monthly targets and work towards consistent high performance.

Who You Are

Independent self-starter - you take initiative, stay motivated, and need minimal supervision.

Proven results - you know how to listen, handle objections, and close deals.

Goal-driven - you thrive under targets and love seeing your numbers grow.

People person - confident communicator who builds trust naturally.

Strong in English additional languages (Mandarin, Bahasa, Tagalog, Burmese) a plus.

Experience in maid agency sales, insurance, property, or service-based sales preferred.

CEI certification is required for this role.

What You'll Get

Basic Salary: $2,200 - $3,500 (depending on experience).

High and tiered commissions package per successful placement, top performers earn well above base salary.

5.5 day work week (Alternate week off-days).
