Job Description:
- Lead sales efforts and build strong customer relationships by delivering outstanding service and effective selling strategies.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored service along with expert product knowledge.
- Utilize strong communication skills to establish and maintain lasting customer connections.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld, daily restocking is completed, and appropriate size ranges are available according to brand guidelines.
- Oversee back-of-house activities and participate in store cleaning duties as needed.
- Support various store operations and assist with other tasks when required.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned when necessary.
- Ensure timely execution of all visual merchandising directives, in-store promotions, and price markdowns.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Retail Management
- Have working experience in retail industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
