Senior/Sales Associate (Luxury Ready-To-Wear/Central)

Responsibilities:

• Client & Branding
• Act as brand ambassador, deliver excellent client experience.
• Represent brand image and promote collections with strong product knowledge & storytelling.
• CRM
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Sales
• Drive to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Operations
• Adhere to operational processes (cash register, stock, visual merchandising).
• Carry out other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Min. 1 year experience in fashion retail (ready-to-wear preferred).
• Client-focused and passionate about fashion.
• Energetic, positive, and approachable.
• Sales-driven, target-oriented, able to work under pressure.
• Basic MS Office skills.
• More experienced candidates may be considered for Senior Sales Associate.
