Responsibilities:

• Responsible for perfect up-keeping of the boutique at all times
• Engage customers with professionalism and a deep knowledge of luxury watches/Jewelry
• Showcase the unique features and craftsmanship of various watch/Jewelry brands and models
• Understand customer preferences and provide personalized recommendations
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from product introduction to after-sales support
• Develop and maintain a strong client base by fostering lasting relationships
• Stay up-to-date with the latest watch/Jewelry trends and industry developments
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceeds targets

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in luxury retail and sales
• Min 3 years of sales experience in luxury watches/Jewelry
• Passion for horology and a keen interest in watches/Jewelry
• Excellent communication skills and a personable demeanor
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to convey technical information
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
