We are looking for a socially confident Retail Executive to assist our customers with purchasing furniture decisions, recommending furniture design/color/fabric/material, and maintain a clean and visually appealing salesfloor.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service
- Familiar with product knowledge, advises customers by providing information on products
- Manage inventory levels, ensure smooth daily operations, maintain showroom cleanliness and organization, ensuring a professional and inviting environment for customers.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights to improve showroom efficiency and sales.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer shopping experience and increase satisfaction.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere and assist customers with personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events, sales campaigns, and special offers.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, luxury retail/ soft furnishing preferred
- Strong drive for results goal oriented.
- Excellent social skills: the ability to communicate optimally both verbally and in writing

- Working Hours: Mon - Sun (11am - 8pm) 6 off day per month
- Working Location: Marina Square, Singapore
