Senior Retail Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and provide product recommendations.
• Build good relationships with customers and support repeat business.
• Drive sales and achieve individual and store targets.
• Provide guidance and support to junior Retail Assistants.
• Assist with daily store operations, cashiering and stock management.
• Ensure merchandise and visual displays are maintained according to brand standards.
• Handle customer enquiries and assist in resolving service issues.
• Support the Supervisor/Store Manager in daily operations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties when required.

Requirements

• Preferably 2-3 years of retail experience, ideally within fashion/apparel.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
