Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory review, updates and prepare performance reports for NSC online sales channels (Shopee and e-Commerce)
- Assist to ensure online contents stay relevant (i.e., promotions, banners and price updates)
- Process online orders and oversee order fulfilment to ensure timely shipments
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback on online channels
- Assist in replenishment of inventory, stationery and packing supplies
- Assist in stocktake and cycle counts of retail items
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Science, Business, Marketing, or any related field
- More than 2 years of relevant experience in retail settings and eCommerce is preferred
- Motivated and perform well in a target-driven environment
