Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address guest feedback or complaints
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate restaurant staff
  • Develop staff schedules and manage labor costs efficiently
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing of supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue targets
  • Implement marketing strategies and promotions to increase sales
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries
  • Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and operational performance


Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in restaurant management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Good understanding of financial management and cost control
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
