- Carry out the supervision of BTO building works as stipulated in the Building Control Act
- Ensure that proper processes and safe methods of construction are maintained by the main contractor
- Co-ordinate and supervise the defects investigation and rectification Works
- Organize and maintain proper site documentation and records
- Able to perform Lead RTO role
- Lead, manage and audit Supervision team
- State expected salary
Requirements:
- BCA-registered / NCCS / BCSS
- Min 7 years experience in the supervision of C&S/Architectural/M&E works preferably in HDB BTO projects
