Senior Research Leader | Singapore & APAC Capital Markets

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven research leader to join and play a key role in shaping our market intelligence and capital markets platform across Asia Pacific. This role will be responsible for delivering research, investment insights, and thought leadership that support client advisory, business development, and transaction activity across all business lines in Singapore and for Capital Market function in APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Singapore market research and thought leadership across all business lines
• Provide strategic insights on capital flows, investment trends, investor sentiment, and market performance across Asia Pacific.
• Support Capital Markets teams with market intelligence, investor research, client presentations, and transaction strategies.
• Produce market reports, forecasts, thematic studies, and client-facing research publications.
• Partner with brokers, investors, and business leaders to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Represent the firm through industry events, media engagements, and client presentations.
• Leverage data analytics, technology, and AI tools to enhance research capabilities and market intelligence.
• Identify major investment activity/cross-border capital trends for commercial real estate market segments.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in real estate research, capital markets, investment strategy, advisory, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore real estate markets and APAC investment dynamics.
• Experience within a leading real estate consultancy, investment manager, developer, REIT, private equity firm, or institutional investor.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to translate market intelligence into actionable business and client outcomes.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and thought leadership capabilities.
