Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior R&D Engineer to lead product development initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative technologies in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new product design based on customer requirements and manage associated documentation.
- Support and enhance existing products through feedback-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product cost, quality, and delivery.
- Provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle.
- Assist in project management for new product development.
- Contribute to process improvements and other assigned engineering tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- At least 3 years of experience in product development within the medical device industry.
- Strong background in mechanical design, including complex plastic and metal components.
- Proficient in 3D modeling software.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485
