Senior Relationship Manager

Investor Acquisition, Investor Relations & Capital Raising

Role Purpose

ZACD Group Ltd is a Singapore-incorporated company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, operating an integrated real estate investment and development platform covering fund management, property development, asset management and structured investment vehicles.

The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting investors for ZACD's funds, projects, and investment opportunities. The role acts as a commercial bridge between ZACD's investment platform and potential investors, ensuring investor conversations are credible, compliant, well-managed, and properly followed through.

This person must be able to open doors, build trust, explain investment opportunities clearly, and move investors from interest to commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Investor Sourcing & Acquisition

  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential investors, including accredited investors, HNW/UHNW individuals, family offices, external asset managers, wealth managers, private bankers, corporate investors, and strategic partners.
  • Identify new investor channels in Singapore and selected Asian markets.
  • Attend networking events, investor forums, private wealth events, real estate investment events, and relevant industry platforms.
  • Develop warm introductions through banks, lawyers, accountants, family office advisers, wealth platforms, and existing investor referrals.

B. Investor Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Conduct investor meetings and explain ZACD's investment propositions clearly and professionally.
  • Understand investor objectives, risk appetite, liquidity needs, return expectations, and investment constraints.
  • Match investors to suitable opportunities, subject to compliance and suitability requirements.
  • Maintain regular contact with prospects and existing investors.
  • Handle investor objections, concerns, and due diligence questions with maturity.

C. Capital Raising Support

  • Support fundraising campaigns for new funds, SPVs, co-investment opportunities, and project-specific vehicles.
  • Work with Fund Manager / Director to prepare investor decks, teasers, FAQs, pitch materials, and follow-up notes.
  • Track fundraising pipeline, investor interest levels, expected commitment amounts, closing probability, and next actions.
  • Ensure investor conversations are properly documented.

D. Investor Onboarding & Coordination

  • Coordinate investor onboarding with compliance, finance, fund administration, legal, and operations teams.
  • Support AML/KYC documentation, subscription documents, investor declarations, and internal approvals.
  • Ensure investor experience is smooth, responsive, and professional.
  • Follow up on capital commitments, documentation gaps, and pending decisions.

E. Investor Reporting & Retention

  • Support ongoing investor communications, fund updates, performance summaries, distribution notices, and portfolio updates.
  • Help retain existing investors and identify opportunities for repeat investment.
  • Capture investor feedback and market sentiment for management review.

Requirements

Experience

  • Manager level: 5 to 8 years experience in investor relations, wealth management, private banking, asset management, real estate investment sales, fund distribution, capital markets, or relationship management.
  • Director level: 10+ years experience with proven investor network and fundraising track record.
  • Strong Singapore investor network preferred. Regional investor access is a plus.
  • Experience dealing with accredited investors, family offices, HNW/UHNW investors, or intermediaries is highly preferred.
  • Experience in real estate funds, private markets, alternatives, private credit, or asset management would be advantageous.

Technical Skills

  • Able to explain investment structures, risk-return trade-offs, fund terms, exit options, and project economics.
  • Strong investor presentation and relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of investor suitability, AML/KYC discipline, documentation, and regulated sales conduct expectations.
  • Strong CRM discipline and follow-up tracking.
  • Able to prepare clear investor updates and meeting summaries.
