Senior Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients to achieve deposit collection targets, adhering to best practice service standards. Develop tailored financial plans based on client profiles, utilizing a solution-driven approach. Address customer feedback and concerns by escalating to the Area Head / Head of Wealth Management & Private Banking. Maintain and enhance client relationships through proactive communication and in-depth understanding of client transactions and issues. Conduct regular monitoring of client portfolios, including quarterly reviews and annual rebalancing. Set and achieve sales and revenue targets in collaboration with the Wealth & Private Banking team in MENA countries. Ensure compliance with KYC and AML regulations by obtaining and verifying account opening documentation. Collaborate with various departments to facilitate the proper placement of client deposits. Stay updated on market dynamics and trends within regional and global financial markets. Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and relevant legal regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications are advantageous. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the MENA region, demonstrating a solid track record in business development within private banking. Proven ability to attract new business and build strong customer relationships. Highly motivated and self-driven, exhibiting entrepreneurial qualities. Excellent communication, networking, and sales skills. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and listening abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
