Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFIs) to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the NBFI sector, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored financial solutions that meet the specific needs of NBFI clients.
- Monitor and analyze market developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to senior management and clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of risk management.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in relationship management within the financial services industry, with a focus on NBFIs.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships in a competitive market environment.
