Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFIs) to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the NBFI sector, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored financial solutions that meet the specific needs of NBFI clients.
  • Monitor and analyze market developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to senior management and clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of risk management.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in relationship management within the financial services industry, with a focus on NBFIs.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships in a competitive market environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements relevant to NBFIs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant financial tools.
