Acquire new MME customers & deepen relationships with existing customers. Promote MME loan products to these customers to meet annual targets set. Cross sell and up-sell to meet RHB SGs overall annual targets set.
Perform credit review to proactively monitor credit quality through early problem loan recognition & implement appropriate strategies to prevent or minimize loan default or NPL.
Perform KYC CDD/EDD review to ensure profile of customers are within the Banks targeted segment.
Perform client servicing, so as to meet customer service standards set by the department & to achieve good customer satisfaction rating.
Increase facility utilization rate in current MME customers to enhance the Banks share of wallet
Gather & feedback competitor banks new products & services with Product Team to update the team on competitors offerings to achievement product/service competitiveness to meet target revenue.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years MME banking experience with good business network and proven track record of acquiring new business accounts.
Minimum 3-5 years working experience in credit with exposure to credit risk management and commercial / corporate including credit processing, evaluation and appraisal.
Possess strong credit writing and analytical skills
Proactive, energetic, result oriented and possess good business acumen
