About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Relationship Manager to join our Corporate Banking team at RHB Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing, relationship management, and business development among our existing client base. You will play a key role in defending and deepening client relationships, cross-selling products and services, and identifying new market opportunities. Additionally, you will support the team in managing loan asset quality, restructuring non-performing loan (NPL) accounts when necessary, and deputizing the Team Head in coordinating business-as-usual matters.
What You Will Be Doing
- Handle marketing, relationship management, and business development among existing clients, including defending and deepening relationships as well as cross-selling.
- Achieve various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) assigned on an annual basis.
- Grow market share and increase customers wallet share.
- Identify market opportunities to drive business growth.
- Manage the loan asset quality of corporate loans.
- Assist in restructuring NPL accounts (if applicable), including negotiation for repayment.
- Deputize the Team Head in his/her absence to coordinate team members for ad hoc BAU matters.
- Assist the Team Head in training junior relationship managers.
