Responsibilities

Draft legal documents for various credit facilities, including loan agreements and guarantees. Negotiate with corporate clients and legal teams regarding facility documentation. Identify and engage potential corporate customers through marketing initiatives. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal standards in banking operations. Maintain existing client relationships while managing new corporate accounts efficiently. Assist in budget preparation and provide input for long-term planning on assigned accounts.

Requirements

• A reputable university degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business Administration. Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience in corporate banking and trade finance. Profound knowledge of credit analysis, legal structures of banking products, and KYC documentation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to tailor banking products to customer needs. Proven marketing capability and innovative mindset to enhance customer satisfaction.
