What You'll Do

The incumbent works within the Regulatory Team to:

• Develop regulatory strategies and implementation plans for the preparation and submission of new products and their life cycle.
• Provide responses to regulatory agencies regarding product information or issues.
• Under the guidance of the Head of Regulatory, advise and guide clients to prepare and ensure all matters on regulatory agency applications, governance, reports, or correspondence are maintained, and service levels are met.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years experience in Regulatory Affairs.
• Knowledge of regulatory submissions for Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices.
• Understanding of advertising guidelines and requirements for Singapore.
• Understanding of licensing and certification requirements for Company, Wholesale, Distribution, and maintenance of these licenses.
• Understanding of Regulations, Acts, and Guidelines for Registration, GMP, GDP, and Pharmacovigilance.
• Experience in Pharmacovigilance is preferred but not mandatory.
