Job Description
- Achieve sales target for the respective region - Achieve sales target for the respective region and maintain/ grow the existing customers to use EUROIMMUN products
- Maintain/ grow the existing customers to use EUROIMMUN products
- Able to support distributors to create new accounts and new market expansion for countries covered
- Expansion of new parameters / new projects for the customers
- Participate in tenders/ bidding process
- Ensure customer's expectations and satisfaction is achieved
- Customers engagement with direct accounts and distributors
- Product registration and logistics support for direct customers and distributors
- Identify and close new customers and business opportunity
- Deliver seminars/ trainings during workshops and conferences
- Work with application team, sales team and marketing team in order to achieve growth target as team and identify feedback and product/ marketing strategies
