Job Description

As the Senior Regional Sales Manager for IP-Tribe, you will be responsible for expanding and developing strategic relationships with major Network Service Providers in Singapore (such as Singtel) and Southeast Asia telecommunications industry. We are seeking a highly motivated leader who deeply understands Network Service Provider (NSP) requirements and environments, with the ability to upsell across a complete domain of solutions for NSP, including AI-enabled solutions. You must possess the organisational competency to drive high-impact sales activities, accelerate regional growth, and consistently achieve business targets.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve individual sales goals, drive regional business development, and generate high-quality sales leads. Manage both channel and direct sales across assigned accounts, including tier-1 NSPs such as Singtel
  • Strategic Planning: Establish clear sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for assigned regions. Project expected sales volumes and profitability for new and existing customers, products, and services
  • Execution & Market Expansion: Implement targeted sales programs, field action plans, and strategic business initiatives to expand IP-Tribe's regional customer base and solidify its market presence
  • Relationship Management: Build, grow, and maintain long-lasting, value-driven professional relationships with customers, partners, and vendors to secure long-term profitability
  • Bid Management: Serve as the lead owner for Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, effectively coordinating with Presales, vendors, and partners to deliver comprehensive compliance and winning proposals
  • Financial & Cross-Functional Accountability: Collaborate closely with internal teams and support functions to align with overall company objectives, and maintain ownership over Account Receivables (AR) collections for assigned accounts.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, ideally in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • A minimum of 7 years of professional experience within the telecommunications industry
  • Proven success in selling telecom infrastructure solutions, software, and complex professional services
  • Deep understanding of the telecom industry business environment, current technological trends, and operational challenges
  • An established professional network within Network Service Providers (e.g., Singtel) and the wider telecom ecosystem in Singapore and Southeast Asia

  • Strong business sense with excellent pipeline management and accurate revenue forecasting abilities
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to interface effectively at executive levels (internal and external)
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking and functioning effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A self-motivated, result-oriented, and dedicated professional who proactively initiates strategic actions
  • Sharp negotiation skills to successfully close complex commercial contracts.
