Senior Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead a sales team to develop, decompose, and execute sales plans in accordance with the company&aposs annual international trade sales objectives, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
• Personally drive revenue by prospecting new customers, managing existing customer relationships, and growing business within accounts.
• Proactively identify, develop, and nurture new sales opportunities within your existing relationships.
• Collaborate with the internal team (sourcing team, warehouse, and logistics team).

Reporting to Vice President in sales business management

Requirements:

• Min degree or above
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience, with at least 3 years of leading a team
• Direct experience in the ASEAN market and with customers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with risk management capabilities.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates).
