10+ years in Consumer Healthcare/Pharma/FMCG marketing, with 4+ years at Senior Product Manager level or higher.
Strong experience in New Product Innovation (NPI) and commercialization.
Proven ability in managing OTC and cosmetic products.
Background in omni-channel/digital marketing and e-commerce.
Regional APAC exposure (especially Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines).
Strong people management skills; entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset.
