Senior Recruitment Specialist (Technology)

We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead recruitment for our technology projects and guide a small team of recruiters.

Your Role

Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering roles.
Own hiring targets and ensure projects are adequately staffed on time.
Lead volume hiring and recruitment for key projects and client accounts.
Source and engage talent through job portals, social media, referrals, networking and direct sourcing.
Assess candidates and present suitable profiles to clients and hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Lead and coach a team of 2-3 Recruiters.
Work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve hiring challenges and keep recruitment on track.

What We're Looking For

Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
5-7 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably with team lead experience.
Strong communication and people skills.
Good negotiation and coaching abilities.
Resourceful, proactive and organized.
A driven team player who enjoys taking ownership and getting results.
