As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through business development, client management, and high-quality recruitment delivery. You will take ownership of your desk, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions while consistently achieving performance targets.

This role is ideal for established recruiters who are commercially driven and ready to elevate their impact within a reputable and growth-oriented recruitment firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop new business opportunities and grow existing client accounts
  • Manage full 360 end-to-end recruitment, from client briefing and sourcing to offer management and placement
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates across multiple roles
  • Develop deep understanding of client hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
  • Maintain long-term client partnerships to drive repeat and referral business
  • Stay informed on market trends and provide consultative insights to clients
  • Contribute to team performance by sharing market knowledge and best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the recruitment agency industry
  • Strong track record in recruitment sales, business development, and billing performance
  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially driven, target-oriented, and resilient
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
