Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain client contact through calls and visits to establish strong relationships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment strategies.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their job requirements and candidate preferences.
  • Compile candidates reports and summarize data gathered to ensure absolute accuracy.
  • Interact with and assess applicants using pre-determined criteria to determine their potential suitability for the job.
  • Conduct general interviews with job seekers to create a pool of candidates ready to fill vacancies.
  • Manage candidates expectations, ensure they are realistic, and provide advice whenever necessary.
  • Maintain regular contact with candidates to ensure strong relationships.
  • Arrange interviews for candidates with clients and follow up with candidates after the interview process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in 360 recruitment, ideally in logistics, engineering, R&D, semiconductor, retail, or life sciences industries.
  • Proven experience in a recruitment agency setting in Singapore, with an understanding of the local market, talent trends, and client expectations.
  • Sales-driven mindset, achievement-oriented with strong business development and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a high level of resilience and initiative.
