Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing recruitment agency. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and delivering high-quality talent solutions across various industries.
The ideal candidate is highly sales-driven, client-focused, and possesses strong market knowledge with a proven track record in recruitment and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job briefing to successful placement
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist suitable candidates for client requirements
- Conduct candidate assessments and provide professional career advice
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and database search
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Client Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Understand clients hiring needs, business structure, and talent requirements
- Provide consultative recruitment solutions and market insights
- Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offer management, and onboarding process
- Handle client concerns professionally and ensure high service standards
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client portfolio
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis
- Build strategic partnerships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Achieve individual sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals
- Prepare business proposals and service agreements
Team Collaboration
- Support junior consultants with market knowledge and recruitment strategies
- Share industry insights and best practices with the team
- Contribute to team performance and business growth initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in agency recruitment / executive search
- Proven track record in billing, placements, and business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented
- Experience in handling mid to senior-level hiring is highly preferred
