Job Description

We're looking for a motivated, experienced recruiter to join our Singapore Renewables Team!

Join our mission to be the go-to Sustainability Staffing leader, globally.

Established in 2010, we now have 11 offices and over 300 employees globally - we pride ourselves on organic growth: over 70% of our senior leaders starting their careers as Associate Consultants with no prior experience!

The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in business development, client management, and talent acquisition. You will be responsible for driving recruitment solutions, developing strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring a high level of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Drive the full 360 recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Pitch and present recruitment solutions to clients, negotiating contracts and fees.
  • Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of senior-level candidates through networking and headhunting.
  • Manage the offer process, ensuring a smooth candidate and client experience.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants to enhance team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of 360 recruitment experience.
  • Experience with contract / temp recruitment an added advantage
  • A growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and feedback
  • Strong business development and sales experience within recruitment.
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and in a team.
  • CEI Certified candidates preferred
