We are looking for an experienced recruiter who specializes in finance roles, with a proven track record of placing top-tier financial professionals across various sectors.
Overview of the duties
- Identify and target key strategic clients for the business to achieve the very highest level of revenue generation both individually and cross company
- Build strong, effective relationships, understand key decision-makers, and conduct business conversations with senior executives
- Being proactive in selling the variety of recruitment solutions- demonstrating successes with retained business, advertising selection and complex proposals
- Accountable for service offering, delivery and service evaluation for multiple clients
- Act as a role model and mentor for consultants, being a sound representative for the company and brand as a whole
- Support Manager in execution of sales strategy of the division
Who are we looking for
- Minimum 2 years or more experience in a recruitment firm environment, with a focus on finance recruitment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ambitious and resilient individuals with a great sense of personal drive

- Ability to build strong relationships
- Results-oriented with consistent record of success in achieving objectives
