SPEMOCEANis seeking aRecruitment Consultantto support client engagement, business development initiatives, and end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple industries and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage clients to understand hiring requirements, workforce needs, and timelines
- Support business development activities, including client relationship management and account growth
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely recruitment delivery
- Provide market insights on talent availability, hiring trends, and recruitment challenges
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports in line with internal processes
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with Singapore employment regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum3 years of relevant recruitment experience, including exposure to client-facing or business development activities
- Experience supporting professional, technical, or project-based roles is an advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Singapore employment practices and recruitment compliance requirements
