About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and client-centric Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong agency experience, excels in stakeholder management, and can independently manage full-cycle, permanent recruitment across specialized verticals.

You will own client relationships, drive 360 recruitment delivery, and play a strategic role in scaling our permanent staffing portfolio in the region.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Permanent Recruitment (360 Role)

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent roles, from intake to offer management
  • Translate client needs into clear sourcing strategies
  • Headhunt and engage passive talent through LinkedIn, industry networks, research, and referrals
  • Conduct detailed screening, candidate evaluation, and shortlist submissions
  • Manage interviews, feedback loops, negotiations, and successful closures

2. Client Partnership & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary recruitment partner for assigned clients
  • Build deep, consultative relationships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders
  • Provide market intelligence, hiring insights, and advisory on talent strategies
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery, timely communication, and exceptional client satisfaction
  • Support business development conversations alongside account managers when needed

3. Market Expertise & Talent Intelligence

  • Conduct talent mapping for niche or hard-to-fill roles
  • Stay updated on market trends, sector hiring patterns, and competitor insights
  • Build and maintain healthy pipelines for recurring skill sets

4. Execution Excellence & Compliance

  • Meet placement, revenue, and client satisfaction KPIs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and candidate activity in the ATS
  • Ensure all recruitment activities align with local employment and EA guidelines

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in agency recruitment or executive search
  • Proven track record in permanent placements and handling 360 recruitment
  • Strong client-facing capability with experience managing hiring managers and HR stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market mapping)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Passion for delivering high-quality talent advisory and client experience
