Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert business opportunities in the job market to drive growth.
- Proactively engage clients through face-to-face meetings, virtual interactions, and consistent follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, candidates, and key industry stakeholders.
- Promote the company's HR solutions and enhance employer branding across digital and traditional platforms.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and career fairs
- Plan, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns via platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, JobStreet, and MyCareersFuture.
- Tailor proposals to meet client needs and confidently lead commercial negotiations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience in business development, recruitment consulting, or HR solutions
- Familiarity with cross-border business operations, especially within the ASEAN region or under Singapore's Free Trade Agreements.
- Japanese proficiency is essential as the role requires liaising with Japanese clients.
