EC1 Partners is a dynamic and fast-moving Executive Search firm with offices in London, New York and Singapore. We are widely recognised as the global go-to agency across the FinTech markets, specialising in Product, Sales and Technology.

From high-growth start-ups to established global players, we partner with FinTech companies across key verticals including Payments, Core Banking, Crypto and Capital Markets, connecting them with the talent they need to scale and grow.

Off the back of continued client demand, we are actively looking for a Sales Consultant to join our Singapore team. This is a new business focused role, ideal for someone with experience in recruitment, sales, FinTech or Financial Services, who is confident building relationships, opening new accounts and developing their own market.

You will be responsible for identifying new client opportunities, building long-term relationships and delivering high-quality search processes with speed, precision and execution.

What will you be doing:

• Building new and existing client relationships across the FinTech market

• Proactively generating new business through cold calling, warm leads, referrals and market mapping

• Running face-to-face and virtual meetings with clients and candidates

• Developing a strong understanding of your market, including key companies, hiring trends and talent movement

• Generating candidates through headhunting, job ads, referrals and EC1's CRM system

• Managing candidate processes including qualification, interview preparation, feedback and offer management

• Working towards weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs to achieve personal and team targets

• Managing a 360-recruitment desk with support from senior colleagues

• Building your own personal brand within the FinTech market

What you bring:

• Experience in a recruitment, sales, business development or client-facing environment

• A proven ability to build relationships and generate new opportunities

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with senior stakeholders

• A goal-driven, resilient and proactive mindset

• An outgoing and confident personality, with the ambition to lead your market

• A professional approach and a genuine interest in delivering a first-rate service to clients and candidates

• Experience in FinTech or Financial Services would be beneficial
