The Recruitment Consultant - APAC plays a key role within Capefront, supporting the Group's recruitment and delivery activities across the APAC region.
Acting as a genuine link between clients, candidates, and internal teams, he/she is responsible for sourcing, assessing, and monitoring candidates, while ensuring the quality and efficiency of recruitment processes.
The Recruitment Consultant works in close collaboration with Account Managers, Business Developers, and international recruitment teams (Europe, APAC, Middle East) to contribute to the overall performance and service excellence of the Group.
Main responsibilities include:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, interviews, selection, and candidate follow-up).
- Building and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates for current and future projects.
- Collaborating with Account Managers to understand client needs and propose suitable profiles.
- Ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency of the recruitment process. - Participating in market intelligence and continuous improvement of recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
-Experience in recruitment, ideally within technical or specialized sectors (Energy, Industry, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energies).
-Rigorous, client-oriented, and autonomous in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
-Team spirit, proactivity, and results-oriented mindset.
