Senior Recruitment Consultant

Please note this is a Hybrid role for a candidate based in Singapore.

Anson McCade is a specialist executive search and consultancy firm operating internationally. We specialise in the Technology and Capital Markets sectors and work with a wide variety of companies from innovative start-ups to global household names. This position is for our Capital Markets (Quant Finance) sector.

Currently we are looking for a driven individual to join our team of experts in Singapore who would help us build out our recruitment presence in Singapore and certain areas – Capital Markets (Quant Finance) sector. Our client's base is deep, exclusive, and many have worked with us for at least a decade.

The Senior Recruitment Consultant role is extremely varied and highly collaborative; key duties and responsibilities include:

• Networking and building relationships with key individual talent.

• Candidate management throughout the entire process from initial headhunt/approach through to interview scheduling, preparation, management and closing.

• Developing and demonstrating in-depth market knowledge – keeping abreast of key market changes and growth areas.

• Facilitating discussions between clients and candidates.

• Client/account management – job description vetting and detailing, CV presentation, HR/business negotiation and market discussion.

• Working closely with colleagues at all times as part of a highly integrated team.

• Updating database and candidate administration.

• Market mapping

To succeed as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, it is crucial to have excellent communication and organisation skills as well as extensive experience in building relationships at all levels; Requisite skills include:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Capital Markets (Quant Finance) sector.

• Proven track record of successful business development and new client acquisition.

• Resilient, hard-working and reliable

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter/Headhunter in an agency consultancy/executive search setting.

• Driven, and target-oriented.
