Senior Recruiter - Semiconductor
Vietnam | 100% Remote | 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Join Korn Ferry RPO and support a global semiconductor business at the forefront of high-performance technology for cloud and AI infrastructure.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter who can hit the ground running, managing specialist technical hiring across software, firmware, AI/ML, hardware and engineering.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across specialist technical and engineering roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective hiring strategies
- Proactively source hard-to-find talent using direct sourcing, Boolean search and talent mapping
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Provide market insights on talent availability and skills
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and ATS compliance
- Work as part of Korn Ferry's collaborative global RPO team
What we're looking for
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience within technology, semiconductor, engineering or another highly technical environment
- Ideally, experience recruiting across software, firmware, AI/ML and/or hardware engineering
- Strong direct sourcing skills and confidence engaging specialist technical talent
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a 100% remote environment
- Availability to start at short notice is highly desirable
