The Opportunity
- Opportunity to work in a renowned Retail Tech MNC, Recruiter (experienced hires) to lead leadership hiring for both external and internal candidates, and to build strong talent pipelines across assigned markets in SEA Region.
- This role is a hybrid of Sourcer + Recruiter, owning the end-to-end candidate journey and partnering closely with business stakeholders to meet evolving retail leadership needs.
- Mon - Fri; Office Hours
- 9 months (contract renewal opportunity subjected to performance and business directions)
- Salary: Up to $12k (subjected to experience)
The Talent
- Minimum 8 years experience developing and delivering recruiting strategies for highly skilled talent.
- Strong end-to-end recruiting capability in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Sound talent assessment skills; able to use structured interview methods and hiring frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and ability to drive outcomes.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in, or strong understanding of, retail and/or customer experiencecentric sectors.
The Job
- Own end-to-end recruitment for leadership roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and closure (external + internal mobility).
- Partner closely with the Market Recruiting Manager and key stakeholders to define hiring needs, timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes.
- Provide market intelligence and advisory on talent trends, competitor landscape, and sourcing opportunities; recommend talent solutions where relevant.
- Champion an exceptional full-cycle candidate experience and ensure process quality and consistency.
- Ensure leadership hiring approach aligns with the stores overall recruiting strategy and business priorities.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing, referrals, and outreach initiatives (e.g., community engagement).
- Track delivery through weekly reporting and analytics (e.g., pipeline health, headcount changes, conversion rates) and drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in team meetings/calls to stay aligned with hiring priorities and support innovative approaches to attract more diverse talent pools.
