This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Senior Recruiter. The Senior Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers to candidates. The role involves building relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and developing recruitment strategies. The Senior Recruiter will also lead employer branding initiatives and maintain talent pipelines to ensure long-term recruitment successes.

• Capabilities in client relationship management and negotiating hiring terms
• Experience in recruitment processes, employer branding, and talent acquisition strategies
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze hiring trends and propose proactive solutions
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in executive search or recruitment within the Asia Pacific region is a plus
