Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for various technical and non-technical roles within the company
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through diverse channels to attract highly qualified candidates
Design and implement interview and evaluation processes to identify high-quality talent ensure they meet our high standards of excellence as well as culture
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of exceptional candidates and foster long-term relationships with key talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and shape tailored recruitment strategies based on team structure, business priorities, and growth stage
Continuously improve recruitment workflows, tools, and candidate experience
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in sourcing/recruitment, with a focus on technology and AI roles
Proven track record of successfully hiring for senior-level positions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
