Job Title: Senior Recruiter – Digital & Emerging Technology (Remote, Singapore-Based)

Location: Remote (Based in Singapore)

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially astute Senior Recruiter – Digital & Emerging Technology to join our team in a fully remote capacity, based in Singapore.

This role focuses on what we define as the Digital & Emerging Technology ecosystem — covering high-growth, innovation-led sectors such as fintech, platform technology, social media, digital marketing, creator economy, ad-tech, e-commerce, and broader technology-driven businesses.

You will partner with fast-scaling startups as well as global technology leaders (e.g. companies such as Meta and similar multinational digital platforms) to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent across modern, future-facing business functions.

This is a consultative, client-facing position suited for a recruiter who understands how digital-native companies hire, scale, and compete for talent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage end-to-end recruitment across Digital & Emerging Technology sectors, including:

  1. FinTech & Payments
  2. Product & Growth
  3. Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing
  4. Social Media & Creator Partnerships
  5. Tech Sales & GTM roles
  6. Data & Analytics
  7. UX/UI & Digital Product Design
  8. Platform & Marketplace Operations

Partner directly with clients to:

  1. Define role scopes and ideal candidate profiles
  2. Provide market mapping and talent intelligence

  • Develop strong networks across Singapore and APAC within digital-first talent pools
  • Source and engage passive candidates from high-growth tech environments
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and commercial assessments
  • Lead offer management, negotiation, and closing processes
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and hiring leaders

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven recruitment experience within Digital, Technology, FinTech, or related high-growth sectors
  • Experience within an agency or RPO environment will be considered a strong advantage
  • Strong understanding of modern tech-driven business models and digital operating environments
  • Experience working with scaling startups and/or global technology platforms
  • Ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially driven with strong business development instincts
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Based in Singapore with strong familiarity of the local and regional digital talent market
