We're partnering with a super cool leader in digital payments, and they are looking for a Senior Recruiter (hybrid setup) to join their team in Singapore on a 12-month engagement, renewable. You'll play a pivotal role in scaling their operations teams, and drive stakeholder experience, and end to end recruiting as a talent advisor who is data-driven to partner with the business and deliver top quality talent!
Your Mission
As a Senior Recruiter, you'll be at the heart of our growth journey:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for our Singapore office, ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, guiding them through the hiring process and building strong, strategic relationships.
- Source and engage top-tier talent, both locally and globally, to build a robust pipeline.
- Leverage data to drive hiring decisions, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Champion culture, ensuring every hire aligns with our values and contributes to our collaborative environment.
- Support cross-functional initiatives like referral programs, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking.
About you
- 5 to 7 years of end to end recruiting experience either in-house or RPO (or a blend of in-house, RPO and agency) working Singapore and/or Malaysia markets
- The ideal candidate will have experience managing 10-15 reqs in volume at anytime, focusing on roles such as KYC, AML, Customer Support, Fraud, Sanctions etc.
- You have a proven ability to hire outstanding talent while delivering exceptional experiences to both candidates and stakeholders.
- As a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, you take initiative to solve problems and embrace challenges as learning opportunities.
- You're data-savvy, comfortable with dashboards and reports, and use insights to guide decisions.
- Resilient and curious by nature, you approach setbacks creatively and enjoy experimenting with new solutions.
- A confident communicator, you adapt your style across audiences and influence effectively at all levels.
