Job Summary
You will lead marketing initiatives and client engagement for appointed and ad hoc real estate projects, driving lease negotiations and business development to achieve measurable growth and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Execute targeted marketing campaigns for appointed and ad hoc real estate projects to generate qualified leads and increase market visibility
- Conduct site visits to assess properties and address client and stakeholder queries promptly and effectively
- Negotiate lease terms with landlords and tenants to secure favorable agreements aligned with client objectives
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations, leasing reports, and updates to inform and influence clients decision-making
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and strategic networking
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities proactively to expand the client base and portfolio
- Maintain and update a comprehensive prospects database to support business development and client management efforts
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a valid CEA Salesperson License
