Project

Preparation of budgets
Filing of variations/ monitoring of project variations
Advise site team on contractual issues
Valuing completed works and Filing of progress claims Monitoring of procurement process
Attendance of site/technical meetings
Drafting of subcontracts
Preparation of cost assessment for Variation Orders
EOT claims preparation
Evaluation of price comparison summary
Conducting site measurements
Review and understand all plans and specifications
Arranging meetings with subcontractors and suppliers to review the specifications, scope of works and method of construction if required
Built-up rates for costing purpose

Tender

Carry out quantity take-off for project which includes sourcing for supplier and sub-contractor, collate price for comparison
Prepare tender and contract documents
Prepare and analyse costings for tender
Perform risk, value management and cost control
Responsible for collecting, sorting, check other bidding calculation of quantities
Accountable for reviewing tender documents, drawings and quantity taking-off
Prepare quotations for various technical works, material, manpower etc
Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadlines
