Project

  • Preparation of budgets
  • Filing of variations/ monitoring of project variations
  • Advise site team on contractual issues
  • Valuing completed works and Filing of progress claims Monitoring of procurement process
  • Attendance of site/technical meetings
  • Drafting of subcontracts
  • Preparation of cost assessment for Variation Orders
  • EOT claims preparation
  • Evaluation of price comparison summary
  • Conducting site measurements
  • Review and understand all plans and specifications
  • Arranging meetings with subcontractors and suppliers to review the specifications, scope of works and method of construction if required
  • Built-up rates for costing purpose

Tender

  • Carry out quantity take-off for project which includes sourcing for supplier and sub-contractor, collate price for comparison
  • Prepare tender and contract documents
  • Prepare and analyse costings for tender
  • Perform risk, value management and cost control
  • Responsible for collecting, sorting, check other bidding calculation of quantities
  • Accountable for reviewing tender documents, drawings and quantity taking-off
  • Prepare quotations for various technical works, material, manpower etc
  • Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadlines
