Responsibilities:
- Manage overall project costing from preliminary estimates to final account settlement.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, variations, and claims with clients and subcontractors.
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, and provide financial advisory throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise closely with project managers, consultants, site teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Conduct measurement, valuation, and progress claims certification.
- Support tender preparation, cost analysis, and procurement activities.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with main contractor projects.
- Experience in LTA / infrastructure / civil projects will be advantageous.
- Strong knowledge in construction contracts, measurement standards, and cost valuation.
- Proficient in MS Office, QS software, and AutoCAD.
