Own the tender pipeline at a specialist demolition and earthworks contractor. Direct report to Director. Active projects across HDB, LTA, JTC. Minimum 6 years demolition/earthworks experience required.

ABOUT T.A.G. CONSTRUCTION

T.A.G. Construction Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based specialist demolition, earthworks, and reinstatement contractor established in 2008. We are BCA-registered , ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 certified, and bizSAFE Star, with 130+ completed projects across HDB, LTA, MRT, industrial, and institutional sectors. We own our fleet of Kobelco excavators, tipper trucks, and integrated disposal, giving us direct commercial control over execution.

We are hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor to own the tender pipeline end-to-end.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Prepare tender submissions including take-offs, cost estimates, sub-contractor quotations, and Bills of Quantities

- Own the tender pipeline from receipt of tender documents through to submission and post-tender clarifications

- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, Variation Orders (VOs), and final accounts on live projects

- Handle main contractor liaison on claims, variations, and disputes under PSSCOC and SOPA

- Review sub-contract terms, flag risks, and support contract administration

- Source, evaluate, and negotiate sub-contractor and supplier quotations

- Monitor project costs against tender price, flag variance early, and drive cost recovery

- Maintain and improve T.A.G.s Schedule of Rates, cost database, and tender templates

- Coordinate with project team, main contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, and suppliers

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 6 years of Quantity Surveying experience on the contractor side, based in Singapore

- Direct experience pricing demolition and/or earthworks scopes is essential for this role

- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline

- Working knowledge of PSSCOC, Security of Payment Act (SOPA), and BCA regulatory processes

- Proficiency in take-off software such as Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, or GLODON Cubicost, plus advanced Excel skills

- Strong written and spoken English to draft claim correspondence, VO justifications, and SOPA notices independently

ADVANTAGEOUS (NOT MANDATORY)

- BCA Academy Contract Administration or SOPA certification

- Experience with HDB, LTA, JTC, PUB, or DSTA tenders

- Prior main-contractor-side experience

- Professional membership (RICS, MIQS, or equivalent)

WHAT WE OFFER

- Base salary: SGD 5,500 – 6,500 per month, negotiable based on experience and directly relevant scope match

- Direct reporting to Director with fast decision-making

- Active tender pipeline from Day 1

- Clear growth path to QS Manager as T.A.G. scales

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
