Our client is a leading construction and engineering firm. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Quantity Surveyor Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West area easily accessible.
Duties of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Prepare cost estimates and submissions for project variations
- Manage progress claims, payments, and final account settlement with suppliers and subcontractors
- Handle valuation and certification of works done
- Perform quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings or on-site
- Analyse and compare pricing for cost evaluation
- Attend site, consultant, and technical coordination meetings
- Track and report on project cost changes and variation orders
- Support ad-hoc assignments and tasks as directed by management
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Survey or relevant
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience is preferred
