Responsibilities
- Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, and bills of quantities for projects.
- Source quotations, negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors, and manage procurement activities.
- Monitor project costs, conduct variation assessments, and prepare progress claims and final accounts.
- Liaise with project teams and clients to ensure contractual and financial compliance.
- Provide cost control support throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience (Senior role requires more years).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and cost management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and contract administration software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
