Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

Job Descriptions

. Preparation for project tender documents & contracts

. Participate in the pre-tendering activities with client, architect and project managers and raising relevant pre-bid queries from the given tender

. Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best prices and terms

. To perform cost estimation, quantity take-off, preparing BOM for project during tender & construction, sourcing for supplier & quotation, verifying claims & preparing progress & variation claims

. Coordination with other departments and subcontractors

. Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

. Degree/Diploma in Building/Structural Engineering or Quantity Surveying

. Min. 2 years relevant experience in construction industry

. Experienced in the field of aluminum windows and doors, metal wall claddings & glass curtain walls.

. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PPT, Excel, etc)

. Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

. Responsible & meticulous
