SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR / QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:

. Responsiblefor tendering process, attending tender briefing, site walk, prepare and submittenders including quantity taking off and pricing

. Sourcequotation from sub-contractors and suppliers

. Involvedin cost analysis and contracts administration

. Preparetender documents, tender evaluation reports, variation agreements

. Preparationof budgets and keep track of project expenditures

. Prepareand submit monthly progress claim

. Negotiateand award sub-contracts

. Process subcontractor claims and contractual payment

. Prepareand manage variation orders with clients, consultants and sub-contractors

. Attendproject meetings and tender interviews

. Preparematerials samples for approval

Requirements:

. Degree inQuantity Surveying, Building or related field of study.

. Minimum 6years of experience for Senior Quantity Surveyor

. Goodworking knowledge of interior fit-out works or additions and alterations works

. Proactive,meticulous and conscientious

. Proficientin using Microsoft Office (Excel)
