Due to continued project expansion and a growing portfolioof works, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
Conduct contract administration and manage variations, interim payments, and final accounts.
Monitor project progress and provide accurate cost reporting and forecasts.
Evaluate and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with contractual and legal obligations.
Perform value engineering and risk assessments to optimize project outcomes.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior quantity surveyors (for senior role).

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience for Senior Quantity Surveyor position.
Proven track record in pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties.
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel
Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

The remuneration package will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and job responsibilities.
